Its perfect, central location was a plus. The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. Tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators in my double room were a very thoughtful addition...

The location was ideal, close to tourist attractions. The room was not only reasonably large, but quiet too, and had central heating, TV set, and a refrigerator. I interacted with the helpful and amicable staff.

Loved the fact that I had to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs by myself, such a great workout! And the airport being a bit far, the taxi ride was a nice opportunity to admire the scenic views.
Who needs easy access to shopping and entertainment anyway? So overrated.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the city center attractions. It was great to be able to explore Juliette's balcony and Piazza Erbe in just a few minutes. The host, Umberto, was friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and exploring the area. The room was well renovated and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The WiFi worked well, which was a bonus for my teenagers.
The room did not have air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable during the hot summer weather. The bathroom was located outside the room, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

The location of the apartment was great, allowing us to easily explore the city. We also had good contact with the owner, who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and spacious, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the included Italian breakfast of coffee, juice, and a brioche at a nearby cafe was a nice touch.
One drawback we experienced was the initial difficulty in accessing the apartment. Being located in an old building, the process of getting in was unpleasant.
